Belgian designer Aryaan de Feiter has opened a representative office in the fashionable Kanaal district, on the site of a former brewery, and is now setting up offices for neighbors.

Kanaal complex stands on the banks of the Albert Canal, which was dug in the 19th century to connect the port of Antwerp and industrial Liege. The buildings of one of the factories that grew on the banks of the canal, twenty years ago, began to buy the famous Belgian art dealer and interior designer Axel Vervoordt . According to him, the developer did it an antique business, which requires a lot of space.

Axel Vervoordt has transformed old factory buildings and warehouses into a huge cultural complex of 98 apartments, 30 offices, workshops, an auditorium and an exhibition space of 4000 m². New buildings were inscribed in it so that they were not visible: the appearance of the complex was to be determined by industrial architecture.
